  • Veronica - Just watched the replay on Periscope and came over to download the printable. A gentle self-care challenge is perfect for where I am right now. I have a business that has been doing well, and I am at the point of needing to take better care of myself to avoid stress burnout. My personal focus this year is on unplugging, and my January habit has been to be offline by 10pm, so your January challenge dovetails perfectly … though, if I’m honest, it would be a good idea to move that back just a little, since I’m usually awake just before my 6:30 alarm, and I could use just a little more sleep!ReplyCancel

    • Emily - I’m so glad you’re joining us for the challenge! I think it’s going to be a wonderful way for us to all care for our well-being while supporting one another. Best wishes to you while you work on getting good sleep! :)ReplyCancel
